Lifeline AFFF Hand Held Extinguisher 201-100 Life Line
Lifeline Lifeline AFFF Hand Held Extinguisher $129.99
The Perfect Affordable Extinguisher For HPDE Cars For HPDE participants, there simply is no better affordable fire extinguisher to protect your valuable sports car if things go sideways at the racetrack. AFFF (Aqueous Film Forming Foam) fire extinguishers are suitable for use on Class A (wood, paper, material & cloth) & Class B (flammable liquids: gasoline, spirits, diesel, etc.) fires. This Dual Class A & B rating makes the Lifeline Foam (AFFF) Fire Extinguishers far superior for use in your HPDE car and trailer vs. the typical big-box store extinguisher. These are NOT approved or intended for use as motorsports-sanctioned fire suppression systems.  The Lifeline AFFF Handheld fire extinguisher is ideal for your road car, trailer, or workshop. While this uses the same extinguishing agent used in the Lifeline Zero 2000 systems, this extinguisher is not approved (rated) for use in motorsport. Lifeline AFFF (Aqueous Film Forming Foam) is a non-toxic, ozone friendly fire suppressant that offers the competitor the same level of protection as the pros use. The vertically stored steel bottle is rugged and has an easy to read pressure gauge mounted near the handle.   All Lifeline hand held fire extinguishers are supplied complete with a bracket and two quick release straps for easy access.  Extinguishers are refillable and should be serviced every two years. Choose from 1.0, 1.75, or 2.4 liter bottles.  Ground Shipping Only. Pressurized bottles cannot be shipped via air.
Lifeline Heat Detection Cable - Protectowire 356F - 180C
Lifeline Lifeline Heat Detection Cable - Protectowire 356F - 180C from $40.99
Heat Detection Cable Protectowire 356oF / 180oC Priced by the Meter Protectowire is an electrical circuit containing heat-sensitive materials. When the outer covering melts, the wires will make contact and complete the circuit, activating the fire system. This can be a critical extra safety feature especially if the driver becomes incapacitated in an accident. MOUNTING: Mount along the ceiling of the cabin using an "S-pattern". Some additional wiring may be required between the Protectowire and your system's electrical trigger. Use care to not crimp or crease the outer sheath and create a weak spot. Keep away from heat sources including the engine compartment, transmission, differential, exhaust, direct sunlight, or hot surfaces. Keep away from any sharp edges that could cut or cause an abrasion on the sheathing. An inline plug can be used to disconnect the sensor cable during storage, transport, etc. The cable we sell is set to trigger at 356 F (180 C).Currently, Protectowire is only compatible with Lifeline electric systems.
