Sparco finally releases their SA2015 Sky RF-7W SA2015 Carbon/Kevlar Composite Helmet. Sparco listened and got it right this time with removable & cleanable interior, easy drink system compatibility, and air-channels optimized for our fastest of open cockpit racers.
The Sparco Sky RF-7W Auto Racing Helmet has the newest and most sought after features asked for in a racing helmet. What is one of the most asked question in a racing helmet? How well does it cool? Sparco upped their game with 4 chin bar vents, 3 oversized top vents, and 3 rear exhaust vents. Keeping your head cool is important, but what about after a long weekend in the south? Sparco has you covered there also with removable interior for the easiest of cleaning.
Taking some styling and function cues from the Stilo ST5 Series, Sparco moves the shield lock from the left side to the center front position. This removes the potential "grabs" of helmet accessories on head containment seats in the event of an impact. Also Sparco puts in nice all metal Hans Post Anchors, so you are ready to race.
The shell material is also improved by using a lightweight Carbon-Kevlar composite that is both Snell SA2015 and FIA 8859 rated.
Sparco Sky RF-7W Racing Helmet Details:
Medium/Large Size: Slightly smaller then a standard Large-size, the Medium/Large uses a smaller shell size for a lighter weight helmet. If you can fit a Large-size, you most likely can also fit the Medium/Large.
